Integrity Group Elliott

Elliott Watts is one of the founding Directors of Integrity Group. He spent 21 years’ operating in client facing roles across the Business, Commercial and Corporate Departments of two leading UK Banks. 

Elliott has an excellent understanding of financing solutions for SMEs and mid-market corporates and has honed his dealmaking skills in leading mergers and acquisition transactions across a wide variety of sectors.

He achieved a Diploma in Corporate Banking from the Institute of Financial Services and a Lending Diploma from the Chartered Banker Institute.

Elliott actively supported Young Enterprise for over 10 years as a Business Advisor and had previously held positions on the Grant Board of the Leicester & Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership and The University of Nottingham.

Integrity Group Sandip

Sandip Odedra is a qualified Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW, who achieved a First-Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance in 2007. 

Sandip has worked in mid-tier accountancy firms, serving a broad range of clients and sectors. 

Originally trained in Audit, Sandip moved into to Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory in 2012 and has since completed a number of transactions, including complex international deals. 

In addition, Sandip has also spent considerable time undertaking business valuations and financial due diligence, along with preparing integrated financial forecasts to support M&A transactions and financing requests.

Sandip co-founded Integrity Group with Elliott.

Integrity Group Keith

Keith Ross has a diverse background, having been Managing Director of an internationally owned chemical manufacturer and Finance Director of a retail packaging business. 

Keith joined the Banking sector in 2004, and has held a number of roles, including being a Trade Director and Relationship Director to SMEs and mid-market corporates. Before joining Integrity Group, Keith spent his last 9 years in Corporate Banking leadership positions and was recognised as Business Leader of the Year in Professional Services in 2021.

He is well known for his strategic vision and commerciality, which underpins his approach to client affairs.  

Keith is a graduate of a Business degree from Leeds University and also holds an MBA from Durham University.
